The term ‘Frozen’ is not an official IDR Status Code designation. Frozen IDR’s can appear under any of the IDR List View categories. If an IDR is frozen, a blue lock icon will be displayed in the IDR.

The option to edit ‘Frozen’ IDRs is configured in the project database by the OE/RE. ‘Frozen’ IDR’s are typically set by the OE towards the end of a Progress Payment period to prevent changes to approved IDR’s.
