CCMS Inspect is a private company application used by employees, partners, and authorized project staff to perform construction inspection workflows on behalf of Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP (“RK&K”). This application is not intended for public consumer use.

Information We Collect

CCMS Inspect collects only the information necessary to support inspection workflows and project data entry, such as:

• User authentication and account information
• Inspection records and field reports
• Photos, notes, quantities, and related project data

This data is used solely for business operations within RK&K’s CCMS Platform.

How We Use Information

The information collected by this app is stored and processed within RK&K’s secure systems for the following purposes:

• User authentication and system access
• Field inspection documentation
• Synchronization of field data with the CCMS Web Data Service
• Internal analytics, auditing, and operational reporting

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute any user information to external third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

Data entered into CCMS Inspect is only shared internally with authorized RK&K systems and personnel involved in project management activities.
