The CCMS application allows users to attach photos to any IDR Equipment record. Photos are added one at a time and there is no restriction on the number or size of photos that can be attached. Currently, the only attachments accepted are photographs and there are only two ways to add the photograph: either through the existing photo gallery or by taking a new photo with the tablet camera.

In order to attach a document, the equipment record must already exist in the IDR (see section on Adding IDR Equipment for information on that process).
