The CCMS application allows users to attach photos, videos or other documents to any IDR Item record. Photos are added one at a time and there is no restriction on the number or size of photos which can be attached. Photographs are added either through the existing photo gallery or by taking a new photo with the tablet camera. When adding existing photos, it is suggested you use access them through the Moments catalog, since these are organized by the date and time taken.
