IDRs (Inspector Daily Reports) are entered every day during the life of a project and help track activities and manage progress. The IDR includes the following sections:

• Inspector Time
• Work Crews
• Activities
• Labor
• Equipment
• Pay Item Usage
• Remarks

An inspector actively registered in the CCMS system on a construction project must create and IDR every week day. Specific contracts may be configured to also require IDRs on Saturday and/or Sunday as well. If an IDR is required for a specific day, the inspector must enter the IDR even if the contractor did no work or the inspector was off that day.
