This tab page is only displayed if Progress Payment Approvals are active for the contract.  The red badge in the tab indicates the number of currently unapproved progress payment periods.

The grid on this page showing the unapproved estimate periods is functionally identical to the Locked/Approved Estimates grid.  See the Section 11.4.3 for more details.  The only difference is an additional action item on the grid row's action button: Approval Workflow.
