CCMS supports electronic/digital approvals of Progress Payment. The following sections will outline the progress payment approval process for end users. The new electronic approval process provides an easy-to-use interface with fully integrated email notifications to all parties involved in the approval process.

The Progress Payment page displays an overview of information regarding current and past Payment Periods. The green label in the upper left corner of the Project Payment’s Current Estimate tab page indicates digital approvals are active for the current contract.
