The Project Journal is a section where the inspector can enter text and comments dealing with anything related to the project. There are currently multiple Remarks sections available inside the CCMS for the inspector to use, however they are associated with a specific IDR, Inspector, Laborer, Item, etc. The project journal allows for more general, project wide comments and has built in functionality to aid in searching and indexing for later use.
