• Tap Camera button on IDR Item Record entry with attachment to delete
• If there is more than one attachment for Item record, swipe through to select attachment to delete
• Tap anywhere on the IDR Item Attachment form to bring up Edit Item Attachment form
• Tap the Delete button
• Tap Yes to CCMS Item Warning Message form to confirm deletion
