Remark records are added during the IDR entry process, and are accessed through the Remarks tab. The Add Remark form includes several fields to help the user categorize and prioritize the remark, which will also assist in any kind of search or query operation. The following fields, along with a brief description of each, are included on the form:
- Type – Type of remark. Choices include: Delay, General, Instructions, Materials, No Work, Safety, Site, Visitors, and Weather.
- Priority – indicates importance of remark, three options include: Normal, Important and Critical
- Tag Issue – any specific issue to associate with the remark.
NOTE: Project Issues are added in the CPOM system by the OE/RE and synced to the tablet.
- Remark – comment box to add the actual remark.
