Whenever an IDR is started for the first time or an existing one is accessed, the opening screen will default to the General tab. Three pieces of information are entered and saved on the General tab:

• Inspector Time
• No Work IDR (Checked if the Inspector (author of the IDR) did not work on this day)
• Site Conditions
