CCMS allows the user to generate a PDF report of the IDR entry for review and comment before submitting to the office. Part of this reporting process involves the application accessing the master database for the most current project information. If the tablet database has not been synced to the master database since the last round of local edits, a warning message will appear giving the option to continue creating the report without syncing the local changes or to ‘Sync’ before report generation.

NOTE: It is recommended to always Sync before generating IDR reports. Bypassing the warning message and generating the IDR Report without syncing can result in incorrect information being displayed.

NOTE: The tablet must be actively connected to the Internet for the Report feature to work.
